Gampa Nageshwara Rao founded IMPACT Free Training for Unemployed Youth in 1996, and over a million youth have benefitted from it. This Program Is Being Organized with The Goal of Providing Quality Training On Skills That Are Extremely crucial In Today’s Scenario, Particularly On Soft Skills To The Youth, Specifically, Students And Unemployed Young People Will Empower Them To Face The Needs Of The Modern Employment Sector Effectively And Thus Rise As Winners In Society.

Since 1996, more than 2500 Telugu trainers have educated as young soft skills trainers for free, and over a million youth have benefitted from it.. Free career counseling sessions were held in various districts of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana and throughout the world. Through their speech, they have rescued many youths from attempting suicide. They have assisted thousands of young people with motivating videos on Facebook.
